UEFA SLAP RACISM BAN ON DINAMO KIEV

UEFA on Wednesday said that it had ordered Dynamo Kiev to play its next two European matches behind closed doors because of racist fans.
European football's governing body said the ban was a result of "incidents of a racist behaviour" by the Ukrainian club's supporters in the club's Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain and Europa League game against Bordeaux.
The match against PSG was a group-stage game in Kiev on November 21 last year, while the second was a round-of-32 tie in the Ukrainian capital on February 14 this year.
A statement on uefa.com said Dynamo would play to an empty stadium in the next UEFA club competition for which they qualify.
"The sanction for the second fixture is deferred for a probationary period of three years," the federation said after a meeting of its control and disciplinary body.
Dynamo have appealed against the decision but a date for the hearing has yet to be fixed, UEFA added.
The announcement came on the day that UEFA general secretary Gianni Infantino outlined plans to hand players found guilty of racial abuse a minimum 10-match ban.
Racist offences would also lead to partial stadium closures in the first instance and a full lock-out for a second, he added
